About the Course

This course introduces you to the fundamentals of paddling, from launching and landing to forward paddling, steering and controlling. The course also covers capsizing and rescuing, emptying boats and relevant theoryto back up your learning.

Ability on Completion
Basic paddling ability i a variety of craft.
